    Anti-corruption expert and civil society advocate. Has been with Transparency International Russia since 2012. Held positions as Head of the Kaliningrad office (2012–2016), Deputy Executive Director (2016–2021), and Executive Director (2021–2025). Member of the Board since May 2025. Founder and Head of the NGO Arktida.

    Specialises in investigations related to large-scale infrastructure projects, sanctions policy, and Arctic development strategies. Leads analytical initiatives at the intersection of politics, economics, and sustainable development. It focuses on anti-corruption analysis, the development of sanctions monitoring approaches, and international compliance practices—a regular contributor to leading business and investigative media.

  • Boris Grozovskiy

     

    Economic columnist and editor, moderator of public discussions. In journalism since the late 1990s. Has written for Vedomosti, Forbes Russia, Econs, The New Times, The Insider, The Russia File, Polit.ru, Kompaniya magazine, and other outlets. Specialises in macroeconomics, economic policy, sanctions, and the long-term consequences of corruption—member of the Board since its establishment in 2019.

    Author of the Telegram channel Events and Texts, which analyzes current political and economic developments. Editor of the “Strana i Mir” website (Sakharov Review). Has edited books for publishing houses Alpina and NLO. Organiser and participant in educational initiatives, collaborating with the Sakharov Centre, the Yegor Gaidar Foundation, InLiberty, and other platforms.
