Three years of pain, destruction, and suffering. Three years of missile strikes, devastated cities, and refugees seeking safety.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p data-start=\"259\" data-end=\"505\">This war is a crime for which those responsible must be held accountable. It is a gross violation of international law, human rights, and the foundations of global order. Every day of war brings new victims, new atrocities, and new destruction.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"507\" data-end=\"835\">But this war is not just about missiles and tanks. <strong>It is about corruption\u2014corruption that has strengthened the regime for decades<\/strong>, dismantled independent institutions, and drained the country, preparing it for aggression.<strong> It is corruption that created a system<\/strong> <strong>where impunity prevails<\/strong> and war becomes a tool to maintain power.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"837\" data-end=\"1338\">The consequences of this policy are felt within Russia as well. Since February 2022, the number of registered bribery cases in Russia has increased by 55% compared to pre-war 2021. Additionally, in 2024, Russia increased its defense spending by a quarter\u2014reaching $150 billion, a significant share of the state budget. <strong>Instead of being invested in healthcare, education, and infrastructure<\/strong>, these funds are funneled into prolonging a criminal war, deepening the country\u2019s economic and social crises.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1340\" data-end=\"1650\">Meanwhile, Ukraine continues to fight for freedom and independence. These three years have been a time of unwavering resistance, incredible resilience, and the fight for the future. <strong>The world cannot afford fatigue or indifference<\/strong>\u2014impunity breeds new crimes, and the lessons of the past must not be forgotten.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1652\" data-end=\"1871\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">These three years are a reminder that war can never be justified.
